Do I have to replace my business software?
No. If it works for you, we start with its data and available connections. If you need a better tool, we build an app with ADA’s modules. We can also add new features alongside existing ones.
Can I start with a few features and a smaller budget?
Yes. Together we choose a useful first goal, such as managing customers and jobs or querying your data from WhatsApp. ADA’s foundation is already built, reducing work compared with starting from scratch. We agree on features, timing and costs before starting.
How do WhatsApp, Claude and ChatGPT work?
We connect your chosen channels to your data through ADA. WhatsApp, Telegram and email are integrated; we configure a connector for assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. We define who can access it and which actions they can request, including confirmation before updates are saved.
What if I only have spreadsheets, documents or paper?
That is a valid starting point too. We review your information, decide what to recover and prepare the import or digitisation. We check the data before using it: you don’t need everything organised already.
Can my colleagues use it too?
Yes. Each person can work with the information and actions assigned to their role. Jobs entered through chat remain available in the app too.
